Checking in using 24/7 pickup/drop off on the UHaul app was very difficult. I called location day prior and was told to pick up truck across the street from the office. Upon arriving at the address I was given from the employee, I could not login because it said I was not at the correct address. I had to drive back across the street in order to check in and then drive back over to where truck was located and continue with the check in process. In all it took me 30 minutes to check in and get on the road. I tried calling the help line only to be put on an hour wait. I tried texting for help and never got a response. Upon dropping off I had the same issue. If I had been told the day before when I spoke with employee at the location and given the correct instructions it would have saved me time and a lot of frustration.

Best place to rent a truck
Stephen BAssistant behind the window was unfriendly and not welcoming. We returned our truck a day early - no appreciation for bringing it early. In a rude tone told me that if my blankets were not folded then I would be charged. She was very unpleasant and made my overall U-Haul experience mediocre.
