The equipment itself was great, it was on-time and clean, with easy access. The online/app sign in was a nightmare, it took me almost 30 minutes to check-in and at least that long trying to return the truck before I finally gave up.

Make sure the truck is cleaned prior to pickup time and just in general. The truck had a urine smell
