We had no issues, everything was seamless.
LeAnn EThe cab had not been cleaned. There were cigarette butts in the ash tray. I have pics. And cigarette ashes in the floorboard, and the can had strong cigarette smell. The location was not open so I could not purchase needed supplies. Next time,official U-Haul store only!
David WDropped vehicle off late on Sunday so ne personnel where present. No biggie.
