I had to pay an upcharge for the rental of a furniture dolly because of our of town return which is utterly ridiculous to begin with. Then after paying $199 for the truck I had to take pictures all the way around the truck but there was no room in the parking lot to back up enough to take pictures. I had to go 60 miles out of the way to return the truck when there were locations in each of the neighboring towns.Gog charged another $18 for going over mileage when I didn't go any extra miles from what I entered in my agreement.

JEFFREY ROnly issue was not necessarily on this location but we were told if we put in more than the required gas we’d be credited back at drop off and this location told us nope they don’t do that and didn’t even TRY to check on it . So another expense we were out due to bad customer service
