The parking lot is too small for the trucks and trailers that were being returned to this location. Additional parking lot space is needed if U-Haul is to continue to operate out of this storage facility.

RALTON MI had to pay an upcharge for the rental of a furniture dolly because of our of town return which is utterly ridiculous to begin with. Then after paying $199 for the truck I had to take pictures all the way around the truck but there was no room in the parking lot to back up enough to take pictures. I had to go 60 miles out of the way to return the truck when there were locations in each of the neighboring towns.Gog charged another $18 for going over mileage when I didn't go any extra miles from what I entered in my agreement.
