The return process BY PHONE is AWFUL. Our return location was incorrect and late in the night would not accept our return rental. Our phones could never find us on geo tracking. We had to call the 800 number and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. We sat in a dark parking lot the whole time. Then when we were finally connected we were told that this location was NOT accepting trailers only trucks. So we had to drive to a location nearly 10 miles away. And when we arrived at that location we were told by our phone that it was not taking trucks only trailers. We waited another 20 minutes in a dark lot for 800 # to answer. She was finally able to get that changed. So it took 1 1/2 hours to return our truck and trailer!!!

Ahmad JI showed up in Tyler to pick up from A American Self Storage and nobody was there and my truck was not ready. The keys were not left. Had to call Uhaul and find another truck and go get it. Very frustrating.
