The representative was busy & didn’t do a walk around & remind us to take pictures of the vehicle.Although we did take them when we got to our apartment. Also the truck had the attic full of blankets & a dolly that we did not request. We should not have been issued a truck that had some kind of previous issue which kept it from being checked back in.

Mr. Rusty is all about the business he is conducting. Straightforward and necessary conversation only. He worked with me when I needed an extra day. Mr. Rusty may be stern but he seemed fair to me.
