The equipment was great, the service was great I only suggest a warning sign at the entrance for people like me who have allergies to smoke and furry pets. Mr. Rusty is all about the business he is conducting. Straightforward and necessary conversation only. He worked with me when I needed an extra day. Mr. Rusty may be stern but he seemed fair to me. I would use him again

LUCY GI got charged $146.52 because I didn’t take the u-haul back to the location I picked it up from. The guy never said bring the truck back to this location so I dropped it off at the place I had on my reservation. Very frustrated about this situation as well yes it was a 10 mile use of the truck. The guy should’ve made sure that he let us know that we needed to drop the truck back off at his location.
