Royea DEnsure all reserved equipment is double-checked and placed in the truck before it is assigned to the customer. A simple verification step at pickup would prevent missing items and avoid significant inconvenience and unexpected costs. Better attention to order accuracy and equipment fulfillment would greatly improve customer experience.
Danish RThe representative was busy & didn’t do a walk around & remind us to take pictures of the vehicle.Although we did take them when we got to our apartment. Also the truck had the attic full of blankets & a dolly that we did not request. We should not have been issued a truck that had some kind of previous issue which kept it from being checked back in.
Clay DI did not deal with anyone here. However, the driveway is hard to get into with a 26ft truck
