NATALIE BThe staff member at the location is easily distracted. What could have easily been a 20-30 minute transaction took nearly an hour. The staff member was extremely disorganized and lost the key to the truck four times, often becoming easily confused. Check-in was a breeze, as all I had to do was drop off the key. The staff member provided alarming information, making the entire experience (rental process and truck operation) extremely stressful. With my next move, I will hire a moving company rather than rent a U-Haul. Also, the back and forth with taking money from my bank account, then putting it back, then taking money again, caused a lot of confusion with my bank, causing my account to be locked temporarily. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and one I will not be putting myself through again.

JILL SOn the day of my reservation, the U-Haul server was down. Waited a couple hours, still couldn’t get the van. When I got home, I received a call from U-Haul saying that the site was back up. I live 40 minutes away, and they were closing up shop. We made arrangements for pick up the next morning. When we complained to corporate about the server issues, we were told to rent from someone else, or change our plans. The location supplied us with friendly, good service, only corporate was an issue here. Uncaring. And unapologetic. The location gets 4 stars, corporate gets 0 stars.
