I wish no ill things to this location but I dropped my rental Tuesday Feb 3rd at 3:40pm. I tried multiple times to return the rental through the app and it kept reverting to the beginning of the process. (Tried closing and restarting the app multiple times) Decided on letting the location close the rental out. Left my keys with the location and was to write down my email for the contract. Checked the app multiple times the next day Wednesday 4th and it was showing still active. Called the location a bit later and was told they hadn't got to it yet. Then checked Thursday 5th and was still not closed out. How to contact U-Haul support to escalate the issue. U-Haul support was very helpful and reached out to the location. Still showed active the rest of the day and did not receive a email till today the 6th that the rental was finally closed out stating I returned it the 5th which was incorrect. If the location was having trouble closing out the rental I wished they would've contactes me to inform me of the situation and correctly closed it on the date I returned.
