The truck return location was far from the place that I stayed, so I had to spend a more gas money to get there. And when I arrived the location, the door was closed even though the time was 10 AM.

The dolly that I requested was not in the truck when I arrived which lead to me having to drive more miles then anticipated resulting in a larger charge of service.

TAREK EMy location was switched on me. I didn’t receive a dolly. I was asked to go to another location go pick up a dolly where I stood in line for an hour just to be told that I had to have the reservation transferred up the new location. This cost me additional gas money and o was not compensated for the travel. The inconvenience cost me two hours oh my planned moving time. Terrible customer service in the store and over the phone.
