I reserved the pickup for 9:30. The store wasn’t open. I called the business telephone number and was told “someone would be there shortly.” Someone showed up 15 minutes later. Had a hard time with my info. I was asked if I gave an incorrect telephone number as I could not receive text messages from the store to create an online account. My info was correctly entered when I reserved the truck. As was verified by the person processing our pickup. Despite this, The pickup process was very frustrating.

I ordered a furniture dolly but that was not included in the truck
Roger FCustomer service was horrible. I needed to rent an appliance and furniture dollies and when I went to pick up the truck, he had NO dollies. The person told me, is was just a THIRD PARTY REPRESENTATIVE. I had to go to two different locals to find the dollies. It was a waste of my time, mileage on the truck and gas. My family members who were waiting for me had to wait also. This is my fourth time using U-Haul in the past two months. With this last experience, I’m thinking of using another moving truck company.

Paige WNo drop box in location had to wait an hour to hand deliver the key. Please have drop boxes on location for those that want to return early.
