ARTHUR SNever send a customer to Getty BP in Upton MA to pick up a truck or van … this location is 300 yards from my apartment… the owner is a horses ass … I rented a cargo van TWICE from him … Bob the owner at the car dealership was GREAT !!! … worth the 10 minute ride … the Getty BP guy was a horses ass !
JOHN CIt was like the drop off shop had talked to the pick up. They were just as friendly and helpful. And I couldn't believe how quickly I was done with my return and on my way...again, with sincere well-wishers for the attendant (I never even entered the building) who greeted me and told me that if I was satisfied with everything they would finish the process and have my receipt in my email before I got back to my house -- only 3 miles away. I chose U-Haul because of the price, but I was happier with the entire experience.
