Location is fine but new policy of verification of two contacts is bad for mobile pick up is bad. This policy should be clearly communicated beforehand and not at pick up time. Changed my location to a different one 30 miles away. Shouldnt have let me book original location in the first place.

DAVID PI was charged for excess milage on a one way rental, but there are u-haul locations closer to my house than the one provided, seems fishy to me.
