Need to make an easy way to initiate pick up & drop off directly in the app (easy buttons!). I never got the email for the pickup link, even though I got plenty of other emails from U-Haul confirming the rental, etc. It was after hours, so someone from the vendor had to come on-site to help me complete the pickup process. This delayed things by about 15-20 minutes, so in this case wasn't a huge deal, but in other situations, could have been catastrophic for someone's big move if the vendor wasn't as responsive.

I dropped off after hours. Location was clean I guess- it was just a gravel parking lot with lots of ice on it. Not inviting at all. Wasn’t clear where the U-Haul items went- as there was No U-Haul vehicles or trailers there. I saw a sign on a fence, so I parked the trailer there. A tow truck/ employee was coming in at the same time. They didn’t speak to me, or offer advice on where to park the trailer. I never received a call stating they checked the tow dolly in, or asking how the experience was.
