It was a terrible experience with your app and returning your truck as well as getting the key. I will never use that method again.

Carol FMy reservation was transferred to this location, and they did a nice job to accommodate me for a weekend pick up. However, the trailer was left in an area that became very muddy from an overnight rain the night before. I wish they would’ve left it a little closer on the rocked area as opposed to the grass. That’s my only beef.
