The pickup location in Urbana was very nice. My frustration comes as a result of corporate U-Haul. I made my reservation for the trailer a week in advance to pick up the trailer in Danville, Ill but 2 days before the pickup date U-Haul called and advised we had to go to Urbana to pick up the trailer. Very inconvenient for us especially when we returned to Danville after picking up the trailer and seeing that there were trailers at the U-Haul location in Danville at the Vermilion and Williams location.

Need to make an easy way to initiate pick up & drop off directly in the app (easy buttons!). I never got the email for the pickup link, even though I got plenty of other emails from U-Haul confirming the rental, etc. It was after hours, so someone from the vendor had to come on-site to help me complete the pickup process. This delayed things by about 15-20 minutes, so in this case wasn't a huge deal, but in other situations, could have been catastrophic for someone's big move if the vendor wasn't as responsive.
Mark SI dropped off after hours. Location was clean I guess- it was just a gravel parking lot with lots of ice on it. Not inviting at all. Wasn’t clear where the U-Haul items went- as there was No U-Haul vehicles or trailers there. I saw a sign on a fence, so I parked the trailer there. A tow truck/ employee was coming in at the same time. They didn’t speak to me, or offer advice on where to park the trailer. I never received a call stating they checked the tow dolly in, or asking how the experience was.
