JAMES AHave the person working not on their personal cell phone and act like the customer is an inconvenience when they arrive. No help was given, he told the person he was having a phone conversation with “ugh hang on a second again I have another customer” when Ami stated I rented U-Haul online he responded with “oh well then you need to follow the steps online. If you need help you can come back and ask” needless to say I did not go back and ask for help my 21 year old son helped me and it took over an hour to get in the road. Terrible terrible terrible would never pick up a truck there again.
