Lizzy LI was not able to pick up at selected time due to the app and uhaul.com not working. I even called the 24/7 line and it was o er an hour wait. After trying to get access to the truck for over 45 mins, I decided it would be best to come back when they are open and deal with a person. Super friendly and accommodating! Adjusted my return time since I picked up over 2 hours later.
