The truck was not clean on inside. The trailer was in need of repair. We reserved a smaller size U-Haul but ended up with a 26 ft truck that we did not need. This caused us to have to pay extra fuel. This lead to a financial strain. Our pickup location was changed 3 times after the reservation was made. The last change happened while enroute to pick up the rental.
LOUIS WThere isn't even a parking lot here. There aren't any lights at night. I dropped off my truck at night using 24/7 truck share and had zero light to take the photos. Didn't feel safe.
Sarah HI had reserved an 5x8 online days before arriving. We arrived at the location to be told they did not have one for us. I called customer service and they reserved at a different location. I asked to make sure they had the correct size.m, once again no trailer. I called back again and after traveling to 3 locations we were able to get a trailer. We missed going to an event due to this while we were in town. Very disappointing with service.
