The equipment worked but was a struggle to use. Manley had to use WD-40 to loosen some parts. The tension pin to extend and retract the ramps was very hard to use. There should be an easier for doing that that doesn't rely on brute strength. I had to get help. The instructions provided for hooking up, loading the car and then unloading the car from the tow dolly were excellent. I was glad to have a printed copy.
