It was all good the man was very nice and understanding I would love to to do rentals for you guys the one that was at creel I heard they don’t do it no more it’s probably because they was so rude and at creels in Lavaca they charged way to much and charged your debt card the next day for gas when you filled it up already when you took it back and that’s way more gas than it had to begin with I know I rented from creel but Wilson in van Buren was awesome he said I would get a refund because I only went about 23 are 26 miles instead of 45 miles he was nice and very helpful I’m glad he was there to help me thank you so much for having a u haul place there
CARLENE BI reserved an appliance dolly that was NOT left in the truck and no person was at the location to get me one from inside the store. I asked for a refund but see that was not issued
