WORST experience I've ever had dealing with ANY company!! I would never refer ANYONE to this location! I rented a truck to move just across town. Pickup was fine other than the cab of the truck not being very clean. The truck itself ran well, so I guess I'll give them that much. I used less miles than I anticipated, and returned the truck early so I expected a little bit of a refund. Not much, but something. When I dropped the truck off (I had it reserved until the next day) no one came out to process a return of the truck. I've never had that happen before. I have always had someone come look at the truck and give me a green light that I'm good to go. Instead, I returned the keys inside to the manager I'm guessing who seemed to care less that I was returning a truck. Then I get a noticed in my email that I OWED THEM MONEY!?!? NO!! I put gas in so it was at half a tank just like when I picked it up. I disputed the additional charge, and was contacted by another UHAUL manager in Fort Smith. We hashed it all out and came to the agreement that I would be CREDITED $22 and some change. Never got the credit. Instead I received multiple notifications that an attempt was made to charge my card. $37, $23, $17. I can login and look at my past reservation with and it shows PAID and COMPLETE. Yet, here they are STILL trying to charge me for something I DON'T OWE!! I used a specific card that I don't keep money on except for when making these types of transactions. THIS TYPE OF FRAUD IS WHY!! It was bad enough I never got my credit that I was promised, but to have my card on file with these fraudsters is even worse! I WILL NEVER be doing business with UHAUL again if they can't keep they're subcontractors in line!

He was late to open, had a line at that point was an hour after my appointment time before I was able to leave. He wore a t-shirt that said "coordinator of the whole shit show". Not appropriate but true. I reserved 2 furniture movers and only had one.

EDILBERTO MIt was all good the man was very nice and understanding I would love to to do rentals for you guys the one that was at creel I heard they don’t do it no more it’s probably because they was so rude and at creels in Lavaca they charged way to much and charged your debt card the next day for gas when you filled it up already when you took it back and that’s way more gas than it had to begin with I know I rented from creel but Wilson in van Buren was awesome he said I would get a refund because I only went about 23 are 26 miles instead of 45 miles he was nice and very helpful I’m glad he was there to help me thank you so much for having a u haul place there
CARLENE BI reserved an appliance dolly that was NOT left in the truck and no person was at the location to get me one from inside the store. I asked for a refund but see that was not issued

JAMES C26' Ford F650 and car haul trailer was what I rented. The F650 rode great and was very easy to maneuver. The woman that helped me in Van Buren, AR was very thorough and bright. Janey was here name.
LAWRENCE CThey were nice. We did have to disconnect everything ourself which may be what we had to do. We did pay for two days but got it home and turned in the trailer a day early but didn’t get no money back on the day we didn’t have to use it. But over all was a good experience.
JERRY LGirl was not well trained . Not able to answer a couple of questions had to call someone . Didn’t have good customer interaction skills Would not recommend this location if you have never rented and hooked up a trailer.
Vincent MWe dropped off after hours and followed all instructions but never received confirmation that the trailer was received. We had to contact U-Haul customer support who then had to contact Wilson Towing. I wouldn't choose this drop off location again because after learning that trailers get stolen from lots, we were really worried when we didn't hear anything and the inconvenience of having to call to check the status was annoying.
