Felipe RNot this location, but the location at 2410 S. Pacific Ave., Medford, OR 97504. Went in about a week and a half ago and made a reservation to pick up a 15 foot van for June 27. I get to California I go to U-Haul and I have no reservation. Long story short my reservation was canceled because I was booked under someone else’s account. I was stuck in California having to move without a U-Haul truck. Enough of an inconvenience that I will not be using U-Haul again in the future.
Foster CMobile app kept crashing. Couldn’t upload pictures. Gas tank was on empty. Had to fill it immediately
Darren TThere was a dent from a previous what it looks like accident so it made sliding the door a bit tricky. The way the door was scraped, it made you feel Like the door aaant fully closed. The driver side window also didn’t want to roll up at one point. Not sure if the window motor is giving up so at that point we thought it wasn’t going to close at all.
