Felipe RNot this location, but the location at 2410 S. Pacific Ave., Medford, OR 97504. Went in about a week and a half ago and made a reservation to pick up a 15 foot van for June 27. I get to California I go to U-Haul and I have no reservation. Long story short my reservation was canceled because I was booked under someone else’s account. I was stuck in California having to move without a U-Haul truck. Enough of an inconvenience that I will not be using U-Haul again in the future.
