For check in the personal late me and can’t do the check in because the system was freeze i need to pick up the van at 12 and he finish almost 12:40 and for return the van was one hour late 5:00 and i need to return 4 now uhual charged me one day more and 20 cad more for late i called with them and told me i need to fix it with customer service i called customer service and they told me fix it with the Dealer i need someone help me with that amount is not fair
