It would be nice to be able to rent the vehicle earlier than 10 AM.

KRZYSZTOF BHow could someone drive a truck without the bare minimum safety equipment, including a back up camera? When I asked the question above, the agent nor admitted that's a flaw of the car neither apologized. I will consider switching out from uhaul after 10 years of being a loyal customer (which I doubt people at this location care at all about it). I would investigate the safety of cars offered in this location and suspend their license until they can provide service that deserves Uhaul.
Seyediman TThe phone 24/7 experience is really nice ! The truck is a bit old, but do the job. Unfortunately there was an orange engine alarm on the dashboard when I took it and it didn't turn off during all my rent. A moving can be really stressing, and having more stress with that alarm is not a good experience.

Pricing was fair, and the online reservation system was simple to use. Highly recommend Skymart U-Haul for anyone needing a smooth moving experience! (The only reason I did not give 5 star was: the truck was not clean and smelled bad which made it difficult to drive close window in rainy day. )
