The vehicle wasn't quite clean and the alternator light was on throughout the day. This was concerning so we called the office and got the vmail, left a message and never received a call back. Next day I delivered the truck before 9:30 and dropped the key in the box. Then to my surprise I got a text asking me if I wanted to keep the truck for another day because it hadn't been returned. I called UHaul and they finally got it straightened out today. I have used Island Storage in the past and will again. But this was a less than satisfactory experience.
