Arrived for pick up, no dolly that was reserved prior. Took over 30 mins to leave with the truck, my address was indicated incorrectly although I provided my drivers licence. Received my bill with a charge for blankets that I never ordered. Terrible experience.

A gas station with out even a sign to know it was a Uhaul business location. They did not tell Uhaul that I had returned the truck for 3 days. They had to call me looking for their moving truck. The attendant was nice, but clearly clueless.

Francis MReserved online, was not able to self check in because the app kept loading a blank page. The gentleman inside the location was very nice but his system was also down. Ended up picking up my truck 30 mins late. The truck itself was poorly maintained. The brakes. Needed to be replaced or at least serviced. The steering wheel shook violently when braking. The roll up door was extremely difficult and close in particular.
Brandon ATook us 1:30h to finally get the truck because the u--haul system on the computer wasn't working (notthing to do with the rental place). It was moving day and we started very late because of that. So no, I will not recommand u-haul to a friend.
