Part of the equipment rented was not in the truck and was charged for it. The personnel was not helpful and was not prepared to help when needed. When the online checkout did not work I was told to wait 1.5 hours until the manager arrived. I was also overcharged for fuel and fuel charged although I returned the truck with the same fuel level as when I picked up. Happy to discuss my experience further by phone if preferred. My experience with U-Haul and this location was below par to say the least.

Bruno MMy original booking was in Montreal, but at the last moment it was changed to a location almost 40 km away, which was very inconvenient and not what I had booked for.
om SPeople in the depanneur were very kind. The problems we had were with the process in the app for picking up and dropping off the truck. The instructions indicated to putting the key in a box, and then they asked us pictures from inside the truck. The commerce was closed and we had to wait until the next day and pay the double. Instructions are not clear at all and it took a very long time. We lost a lot of time and money in that. I called for assistance and the woman on the phone was rude and not helpful.
