Reserved online, was not able to self check in because the app kept loading a blank page. The gentleman inside the location was very nice but his system was also down. Ended up picking up my truck 30 mins late. The truck itself was poorly maintained. The brakes. Needed to be replaced or at least serviced. The steering wheel shook violently when braking. The roll up door was extremely difficult and close in particular.
Brandon ATook us 1:30h to finally get the truck because the u--haul system on the computer wasn't working (notthing to do with the rental place). It was moving day and we started very late because of that. So no, I will not recommand u-haul to a friend.
Sebastien BPart of the equipment rented was not in the truck and was charged for it. The personnel was not helpful and was not prepared to help when needed. When the online checkout did not work I was told to wait 1.5 hours until the manager arrived. I was also overcharged for fuel and fuel charged although I returned the truck with the same fuel level as when I picked up. Happy to discuss my experience further by phone if preferred. My experience with U-Haul and this location was below par to say the least.
