JEFFREY HYour online check-in did not function. I spent over 45 minutes trying to return my truck using your app as well as the browser option. Even 2 representatives (who I waited for 30 minutes to speak with) couldn’t resolve the issue! This is U-Hauls issue, not the rental location.
