Chad Crawford on Ogdin Rd. in Venice, FL wouldn't treat me like a human being and he got upset because I asked him repeatedly to stop being rude to me. Then he accused me of being rude because I stated that I'm from another planet...that wasn't rude. We waited for my paperwork proving that I dropped off the equipment. But Chad didn't want to give me my paperwork. Chad threatened me twice and he is telling people a completely different story about what actually took place just to get his friends/family to side with him and harrass/threaten/name-call/tell me to move, and even asking where I live (via Facebook) as if they are going to physically come after me for telling the truth about my experience with Chad's "private?" business. Chad is also telling people MY PERSONAL, PRIVATE BUSINESS. I live on PRIVATE PROPERTY...AND MY FAMILY CONSISTS OF MARINES. I am respectful until I have been disrespected 3 times by an individual. It's called RESPECT AND PROFESSIONALISM. P.S. The Field Manager is avoiding us, so I know that he's going to tell lies and stick up for Chad. WOW...HOW PROFESSIONAL. AGAIN, STOP HARRASSING ME!!! I am not banned from using U-Haul...I just will NEVER return any rentals to a sexist male. So, I chose to not go through U-Haul ever again. Chad deletes low reviews to keep his 5-star rating and has his friends and family give him good reviews. KEEP BULLYING ME FOR TELLING THE TRUTH. HARRASSING/THREATENING/ATTEMPTING TO HARM AN INNOCENT BEING IS AGAINST THE LAW. I KNOW THE LAWS IN FLORIDA...ALL OF THEM.

Not one thing ~ don't change ANYTHING!! I was greeted cheerfully as soon as I walked in the door and taken care of promptly. When I returned the truck, I was again greeted cheerfully as I drove up and by the time I had a couple of things put into my car he had everything all set for me to go on my way!! "No fuss no muss!!" /It doesn't get any better!!!

explain better that if you do not return the trailer by 5 o'clock Saturday (business hours), u-haul will charge you for Sunday and Monday use. Return policy issues.

The online after hour drop of process was amazing - thank you for making it easy to return the trailer.

The location was fine. The after hours pick up was terrible. It took over an hour to complete the after hours rental just to get the keys. I had to wait 20 minutes just for someone to answer the uhaul 800 number but eventually they helped me get the rental even though the uhaul website wouldn’t accept uploaded pictures.

No improvements needed. The guy at the counter was very informative and nice he helped me out a lot. The truck had a good amount of gas in it and was very clean. We needed the rental on the same day for just the day (a Friday) and they had the one I needed available, I was very appreciative about that. I will recommend this location to anyone that needs to rent a truck.

Had a problem with my wiring harness, but trailer lights did not work either. Give accolades to the staff that worked VERY HARD to fix the problem. In end, had to go to another facility in Bradenton to fix harness and get a different trailer. Sill impressed with efforts of Venice location
