Rent here only during regular business hours!!! I rented on a day they were closed and the app kept locking up. It took me about 20 minutes to get on the road and another 30 minutes to complete the return. Very, very frustrating!!! Another couple trying to pick up their reserved truck gave up after 45 minutes and went elsewhere. There is NO help available if they are closed.

megan rThe app did not work well for me. I will not use the app again. The app could be improved by giving a confirmation of success after each step. Instead, I had to repeat the process four times without ever knowing if I would have to repeat steps again. So I gave up and called customer service. Customer service quickly completed the process for me.
