The facility was great, but it was an independent storage facility. Your app is horrible. If it weren't for the fact there were people there later I wouldn't have even been able to do the return process. 4 times I got to almost the end, hit next and it shunted me back to uploading a photo of the mileage. Then the entire site stopped working. This was at 9 in the morning and I had to have it back by 10 on a Sunday. Which is when they open. So I sat and waited the 40 minutes for them to get there after your app stopped working. Just like the guy next to me trying to get his truck.
