The young lady at the storage unit (customer service agent). I regret I did not get her name. She was beyond friendly and should be recognized for her outstanding knowledgeable customer service. People always seem to complain but never praise people for great service. Good Customer service is not very common these days so kudos to them our staff she was absolutely a pleasure to interact with.
