I originally had a reservation for a location much closer to my home, but when I called a day early to see if I could delay the pickup by one day, I was informed that they did not have the inventory. I had to drive almost an hour to the new location. What concerned me most was that nobody was going to tell me this and if I hadn't called, it would have disrupted my travel plans.
