The app process was difficult. I provided all my information when I made the booking, but had to take multiple steps to re-enter much of the same information I provided in the booking. I chose my pickup and drop off, yet it made me enter my current location (where else would I be when picking it up?) and made me choose my drop off location even though I had already determined where that was in the booking. The drop off choice was limited to one location that was an hour from where I planned to drop it off. Take the information given during booking and use that to process the pickup. Standing in 90 degree sun on my phone to go through all these steps again wasn’t great and kept me from getting on the road for an additional twenty minutes.

Madonna VRented a U haul for 2 days only needed it for one day my card got charged $157. I paid an extra $14 for a dolly that wasn’t in my U Haul. Returned it got told I was going to just be charged $86. My card was charged the full $157. Called to see if I would be getting a refund and Shawn just seemed very pissed about my phone call. “My brother told you, you would be refunded in 3-5 days” meanwhile I was never told a time. Before the phone call with Shawn he left a voicemail on my phone and my phone doesn’t allow calls to numbers that I don’t know without asking who it was and he said “it’s Shaun, I hate this”. This place needs work on their customer service and how they talk to people and treat them. If you don’t like your job maybe don’t do it.
