I did not feel the customer service representative knew what they were doing. The truck had a lot of flaws and I thought for sure they were going to blame me for them. they were not clear on if I needed to put gas in the truck and it was also not obvious that I had to pay per mile which was annoying.

Yick yBox leaks in the front on the top drivers side. Truck was dirty, filled with leaves and broken glass. Had to clean before I could use.
