The person who unweeded the phone said they were close that day and he will not help me to leave the trailer in the same location he asked me to drive to another location, very rude

Nils TKeys were in wrong lock box. Store was closed even though hours stated open till 2pm on Sunday. Another person also waiting as he could not access rental box. I don’t know his outcome as the company called a contact person’s phone but there was no answer. The Uhaul company person was able to o troubleshoot and help us.
