Nothing but problems. The location barcode was not found. The wrong truck with the wrong location was assigned to me. Had it not been for the uhaul customer support agent i don't think I would have been able to get the truck until the location opened
Dean WVery friendly service and everything was simple and easy. Would definitely recommend!
Sarah OThe location did not tell us we needed other 'app' information etc. Took an extra hour to pick up and return the truck. Very difficult for a person that is not fluent with the internet on your cell phone etc.
PARKER RCost is insane. Gas meter was off: $30 for 60km? App was awful. I might just buy a truck next time
