Actually provide the items you charged me for and ANSWER THE PHONE when the renter is instructed to call the location if 'Rented Equipment is Missing from Rental' !!!

Not rip me off and charge me for gas I didn't use and clean the truck back it was full of drywall complete joke

Zackery RNothing but problems. The location barcode was not found. The wrong truck with the wrong location was assigned to me. Had it not been for the uhaul customer support agent i don't think I would have been able to get the truck until the location opened
