After unexpected changes to pickup location and the absence of a requested furniture dolly, I deeply appreciated the assistance of two employees (Subin, a U-Haul manager in the Victoria, BC region and Govic, the store employee at a nearby larger u-haul location on Queen St.) for assisting me in getting a dolly secured for a cross-border one-way reservation, which is apparently more complicated than one might think. They went above and beyond to find a solution, allowing us to meet our border crossing travel deadline and making our move a success. I appreciated their help and are to be commended; thank you.

Bud KThe main issue is with uhaul online systems. Your app will not let me sign in, the check in that the agent had to use was also incredibly slow, and then the website I was sent to to take photos of the van at check out was SO slow (4minutes per upload, then rejecting the photos and requiring a re-take) and after I spent 20min struggling to get the photos uploaded, it gave me an error message when I submitted all the photos. All of this delayed my check in for a full half hour. Fix your systems.
