The main issue is with uhaul online systems. Your app will not let me sign in, the check in that the agent had to use was also incredibly slow, and then the website I was sent to to take photos of the van at check out was SO slow (4minutes per upload, then rejecting the photos and requiring a re-take) and after I spent 20min struggling to get the photos uploaded, it gave me an error message when I submitted all the photos. All of this delayed my check in for a full half hour. Fix your systems.
