I tried to return to U-haul in Beeville Texas on Saturday, but they were closed. Email said I could drop off, but there was no place to park it at the facility, so I drove 60 miles round trip for nothing!

The attendant refused to give me a break for being 13 miles over on mileage. I explained to him the problem was an accident on the 610 crossover from 45. They rerouted us to say off 610 so the fire dept could handle the accident. But all they would say was not my fault. So I had to pay an additional 6 something dollars. It is ridiculous to me considering the situation.

Give a refund. I had to wait 30 minutes for the manager to check in the equipment before I could take the equipment to be used.
