Scott WThis location was found by my niece, i had previously made reservation for a truck at the location on sam Houston st with larry them GM i was told made the reservation on Thursday are friday for monday when i called Monday morning to let them know i was on my way to pick up truck he told me my truck was reserved for yoakum tx pick up i live in Victoria moving to San Antonio i would have never reserved a truck to pick up in yoakum thats like a 40 minute drive away, so when i reserved my truck why wouldn’t he say we don’t have any available here ad inform me of this he never tried to find me one in Victoria at all, very unprofessional ad non apologetic, i would never accept mediocre customer service from anyone.. ad i will be reporting his performance further by any means necessary this was totally unacceptable..
GLORIA RGuy behind the desk was asleep when I arrived. Didn't know if the trailer had been dropped off or not. Once he realized the trailer was there then he had to smoke a cigarette before we could complete the transaction. I will not be recommending this place or going back should I ever need another trailer.
