I took all the steps in the app, then followed the same steps with the link that was sent the day before, then when I picked up the vehicle the man behind the counter had to take a photo of my license three times. It took me 45 minutes just to pickup the damn thing although I had already completed all the steps prior so that the pickup was supposed to be less than 10 min
ANTHONY LCheckin and out easy but dollys rented were not available
PATRICK GI made a reservation for a truck and a dolly a few days in advance and even received a phone call from U-Haul the day before confirming that the reservation was ready. However, when I arrived, an employee told me that none of the trucks were available due to the snow and gave the impression that he wasn’t interested in helping resolve the issue. After some discussion, he eventually brought out a truck. I also asked for the dolly that was included in my reservation, but I was told they did not have any available.
DANIEL KApp and online was impossibly slow to book but once we did when we headed to the location, they couldn’t pull it up. This is subpar.
