The overall Uhaul website was very annoying. When I was trying to check out I had to click through 6 or 7 different tabs trying to upsell me things that I did not need or want.

Have more responsive staff. The Indian guy at the desk couldn’t care less that I wanted to rent a truck and basically told me to do everything on the website which took so much longer.

JORGE MThere was no parking space for the U-Haul. Had to park on the side street in front of the building. There needs to be more parking, or better indicated spots to park if normal parking is full.
