Uhaul asked me what location I wanted to go to, then sent me to a different location to drop off the truck. The location they sent me to was closed and did not accept after hours. I arrived at the designated time. Really a waste of time. I had to call to get another location. It was sort of a big waste of time. The guy at the site I returned the truck was helpful enough. Turn in was a bit stressful.
