The old lady assist me very mean shout on me.and she gave attitude. When I call for an insurance she shout at me very mean. I didn’t check will the uhaul trailer, cus I’m in the bad mood. She look racist that’s how I feel. Is it my first time to rent Uhaul don’t have any idea about insurance and whatsoever. I was gonna ask her some questions, so I have some ideas, but she shout at me and show me some bad attitude, I fell stressed change my mood. Not recommended that place especially if your different race.
