They gave us the wrong truck and then when i returned it they said i drove 81 miles and there is no way. I made 4 trips from my house to the storage unit that was 1.5 miles away. They had the start milage from the truck she was supposed to give us not the one we had and the return milage was from the truck we actually had. But they wouldnt listen to me. I will never use this location again

Appreciate UHaul location at a motel with lots of snow and kettle lot not cleared off. Greeted well in parking lot and was able to back both trailer and truck into locations asked for owners. Was not checked in formally, and apparently the trailer was not check in at all: I was notified of this several days later when a UHaul rep asked if I turned it in yet. Uneasy experience at this location.

JESSE TPleasant greeting by Andrea. Helped park the trailer and truck with Andrea’s help. Good location. A bit tight with motel clients on property with snow plowed adequately for moving. Completing transaction felt sketchy, with no engagement to note miles and inform of additional charges which were anticipated. Off hand comment “that will cost you” when noting a chip/chip repair in window and the fact the driver door did not seal added to discomfort, despite taking the insurance policy.
