DEMETRIUS RThe lady that checked my truck out was very nice & knowledgeable.
PATRICIA TThey gave us the wrong truck and then when i returned it they said i drove 81 miles and there is no way. I made 4 trips from my house to the storage unit that was 1.5 miles away. They had the start milage from the truck she was supposed to give us not the one we had and the return milage was from the truck we actually had. But they wouldnt listen to me. I will never use this location again
DORIS CAppreciate UHaul location at a motel with lots of snow and kettle lot not cleared off. Greeted well in parking lot and was able to back both trailer and truck into locations asked for owners. Was not checked in formally, and apparently the trailer was not check in at all: I was notified of this several days later when a UHaul rep asked if I turned it in yet. Uneasy experience at this location.
