Well I received a uhaul message that sent me to the wrong area for drop off and was notified almost a month later that it was not at the right location and when I called the number provided I was told they had no idea what they were doing and gave me a number to a manager who never answered the call so I had to have my father grab the trailer and take it to the correct spot and then got charged over a thousand dollars then finally got the manager to answer and she said she'd look into it and nope just another charge a couple days later no call back nothing.

They called me to let me know I left items in cab of of truck.
TINA DThis location was fine. However, the process was convoluted. The original reservation was to pick up the auto trailer in Princeton, Indiana. Discovered the Whitledge Tree Service location in Princeton, IN was NOT getting the equipment customers reserved - through no fault of their own. Evidently, it was not an isolated problem. There was even a Facebook post to warn people about the situation if you planned to pick your Uhaul equipment there - be prepared to have to travel somewhere else to get what you reserved. That is exactly what happened. I ended up calling the afternoon before to see if they would have the trailer - and they said they DID NOT. Gave me the number for U-Haul traffic office 317-351-7271. To get the auto transport trailer, we ended up having to drive to Vincennes, IN to Dolls Motel - an extra 30 minutes one way. UHaul needs to get their act together to service the Princeton, IN/Mt. Carmel, IL customer market. We were not happy!!
