Please insue customers know they have to use the online check-out process. This location Does not do in person check out. This was not clear when I processed my reservation. I wasted another 40 minutes sitting at this location trying to check out the vehicle.

Truck had barely an eighth of a tank of gas. The location was not able to give me the counter interaction that I had requested and instead told me I could only do an online pick up which required a call to an agent. That agent rudely hung up on me. The location also never supplied me with the request requested and paid for moving blankets that I had made with my reservation. All in all would not recommend again.
Jon B-Had ordered moving blankets, they did not have them had to go buy my own. -Had ordered an appliance dolly, they did not have one. Just so happened there was one in the truck from the last person that had rented the truck. -It is of my thought that the rental location should have that stuff on site.
David NMy paperwork was wrong. It said I had returned the truck to Georgia. It took me well over an hour to correct everything and I had my driver and movers with me trying to help. I think I had to speak to four different people before someone finally corrected the paperwork. And then it was at a separate location than the truck, which was even worse.
MARYANN CNone of the additional equipment I had ordered was at the location. The app is terrible when checking in/out. Customer service when needing help is ineffective, all you do is transfer and put people on hold for an hour and then don’t have solutions. I’ve never had a good experience with UHaul and I think it’s because of terrible management at the corporate level. You have screwed up moving houses for me 3 times now. If you had any decent competitors I would just use them but unfortunately you do not
