Fill up gas before renting
Roy LOnly issue I had was the dirt left inside uhaul from previous renters. Overall, very easy experience. Love the app to use for faster check in. Staff was wonderful

Roy LU-Haul should ask for required documents and “references” at the time of reservation, not during check in. It’s absolutely idiotic for you to expect me to give you a reference’s telephone number out of the blue for you to call them at pickup time. I don’t know who U-Haul thinks they are, but nobody does business like that. The location itself and the agents there were great. My complaints is with whatever bonehead at U-Haul corporate put these dumb practices into place. If you were my employee I would fire you and blackball you from the industry for being a bonehead and anti-consumer.
