There is nothing I would improve. My experience was excellent. I arrived when the store opened and was taken care of immediately. The process was fast, simple and painless. I’ve never rented a U-Haul before but the employees at Ace made the process very easy. I will definitely spread the word about the customer service at Ace and recommend all my friends use them to rent U-Hauls if they need a truck to move anything.

Personnel are not experienced enough to do the job. The ramps (both side) were left unsecure. The personnel who did the hook up failed to do the safety check before letting me go, this is a serious safety issue that need to be address and needed to be corrected.

Inform the customer of any issues with the vehicle. I was never informed the interior might be leaking. In addition the truck was missing a overflow radiator cap and if I had never checked the oil I would have never known.

Cab and back of truck was not clean; windshield had a layer of grime so thick I thought the windshield was cracked. Trash was left in the cab. The tow dolly we received had a broken tail light, and when we noticed this Uhaul refused to come and fix it or to give us any options to replace it. We finally traded it out by going to a local Uhaul location in Kansas which was more helpful, but your corporate office left us entirely out to dry. The location was NOT the location I asked for in my reservation and no one informed me of the change in location until I showed up at the location I requested. The truck I received was NOT the truck I reserved. The truck we had was too large for my load and the transmission seemed to be on its last legs before we even drove it out of the parking lot, which made this truck INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS on mountain roads. The staff at this location also seemed unfamiliar with the Uhaul computer system, which meant it took about twice as long to get the registration in the system and she frequently had to stop and ask her coworkers for assistance. I would not recommend this location or this company to ANYONE in the future.

The first sales rep had a little trouble working the system, but another rep took over... then it went pretty smoothly. The mileage costs are a little pricey. Even though the vehicles are for renting, Uhaul associates could do a little cabin clean-up/detailing at least once a week. I would use them again though.

I was charged for safe move coverage I didn't agree to or sign for, and have yet to be refunded. I was not given a copy of my contract, and had to hook up my lights and trailer myself and do my own inspection as staff couldn't be bothered to assist me.

I was charged for 5k more insurance than what I reserved and was quoted. I never agreed to this increase to 10k of insurance and when I inquired about the extra charges at the store I was told I was being charged for picking up the trailer at 8:55 instead of 9:00 and that the price would be adjusted at time of trailer drop off. After numerous calls to UHAUL I was able to have a complaint filed and was told management would call me within 3 business days. After not receiving a call after 4 days I had to call back and was told the money had been refunded. Completely unprofessional experience with UHAUL personnel, would not recommend this location, and unsure that I would recommend UHAUL at all based on management's lack of communication.

Terrible experience. Reserved u-haul for am pick up in Norfolk and place was closed for the day. They sent us to Virginia Beach 40 min away and they didn't have a truck they sent us to another place 40 min away and finally got a truck. Didn't start loading untill 4pm so didn't get back untill 3am so both my husband and I lost a day of work to unload. U-haul promised 50$ off but haven't seen it

I had to drive past at least 3 Uhaul locations to pick up the truck, one of which is a Uhaul main location. I stopped by there on the way to load the truck and they had at least 10 trucks on site. Poor customer service from the regional people.

Though your website made it appear that my equipment and pre registration was all set, none it was true. They didn't know I was coming. There was no equipment ready and it took 45 minutes for them to get it straight on the UHaul customer service line.

Only issue was a crack in front windshield, I would not have accepted the van but the crack was towards the bottom and did not interfere with visibility.

Not everyone has a credit card so having to put 10 footer and below on one is really inconvenient so I had to drive a big bulky piece of crap truck way to big for what I needed so I'm pretty sure I'll go to your competition for now on
