TERESA MSTAYING CONSISTENT with the confusion that I experienced with my pick up, U-Haul ALSO decided to change my drop off location! I went to what I thought was the location (the price and description matched with what I was told over the phone), but after calling customer service yet AGAIN! I was told that I was to return the truck TWO BUSINESS DOWN THE STREET. So I did. Not fun for me, it took more time than it should have. Oh well.....
Melinda AHorrible. Absolutely horrible. Why was there no dolly in the truck. Why is the cockatoo closed at two pm on the freaking afternoon and why the hell would you allow drop off after closing?! Also I was not told it all had to be done on my phone. Wey very unhappy and will never recommend again.
