Very difficult location to get in and out of, particularly with a trailer. The trailer itself was VERY poorly maintained, the frame was bent and had multiple cracks and one of the worst attempts at a repair I have ever seen. Upon returning, the associate made me hook the trailer back up when disconnecting it in the return area and drive around to the back and wanted me to back it into a ridiculous location between a POV and a fence. I will not ever use this location again and would not ever recommend it to anyone.

Tanaka SI returned the rental truck before 6pm(which was due back at 11:30pm) and received an invoice stating truck was returned next day after 6am 😒 I don’t mind paying gas coverage But I will not pay for an extra day that I don’t use rental truck for!!!! Periodt 🤷🏽♀️🤨 Nopeeee
Stephanie CWe had the rental until 5:00 but returned it at 4:00. The business was closed with a sign that said ‘unforeseen circumstances’ yet I was charged an after hours charge. Additionally charged a wash fee which was never discussed. We were told to bring it back with the same amount of fuel, a $70 WonderWash fee was never discussed for not washing it prior to returning. It had dust from a dirt road and didn’t look any worse when we dropped it off than the dirty ones sitting in the lot waiting to be picked up. It had animal hair all over the interior of the cabin that covered us from the previous user. Rude. Lost a UHaul customer.
