It took 30 min and 3 people to find the lock box. Not an intuitive experience at all.

There is no drop off key, nobody there to help. I dropped off the truck and no guidance as to where to leave the key. I went at noon, then at 4. No help in either occasion. Now I will go to another U-Haul location for help

THOMAS TTrailer dirty inside. Never checked with customer. This alternate location only 1/2 mile from nice u- haul store we requested pick up. Dealer used also provided misinformation on insurance and return location.
