Drop off location was very rude I paid a $100 deposit because of the prepaid card they only gave me $56 and kept $44 of my money claiming we were late to turn it in and that it was a certain time to turn it in when we turned the truck in a day early . They never checked the truck before we left they just said we were good to go we put more then enough gas we actually put to much gas . This U-Haul place in Houston is very unprofessional and when we tried to get our money back from them this man says “ ok big dog we don’t want your money.” Very unprofessional.
