The guy working was super rude and talked down to me. He also was rude to another customer who came in behind me and told him he had to return his rental before his contract time. He told me I had to return my rental by 5 when I had it until 10. The trailer was super dirty on the inside. I had to clean the inside out before I could put my things in there and there were about 50 pellets from a pellet gun on the inside as well. Will not be going back to this U-Haul again.
Shelby SSketchy location and apparently used my phone location for drop off instead of any fact checking device in person. So when I didn’t have my phone on my person they instead charged me another day then said the owner isn’t local so instead of refunding me the $40 they charged me, then charged me another $80 and said if I don’t pay it in full they’ll hit me with any fees they see fit. Id recommend anywhere BUT U-Haul.
