Sketchy location and apparently used my phone location for drop off instead of any fact checking device in person. So when I didn’t have my phone on my person they instead charged me another day then said the owner isn’t local so instead of refunding me the $40 they charged me, then charged me another $80 and said if I don’t pay it in full they’ll hit me with any fees they see fit. Id recommend anywhere BUT U-Haul.

Lacie SThe truck that we rented was already dirty and on empty. But we had to return it with a quarter of a tank to save money. And I hope they don't charge us for a cleaning charge because it was already dirty when we received it we cleaned it up a little.
