First, I requested the pick-up location at Juncker Brothers Mount Vernon at 8 a.m., but it was changed to Wadesville, so we had to rush in the morning to get our children to school and drive out of our way to get the truck. Almost like U-Haul wanted the miles on the truck to charge us more. Second, we did not receive the requested utility dolly or appliance dolly, which made our move harder. Then we were charged for 90 miles for some reason, even though our move was within the same town we live in, plus driving back and forth from Wadesville to Mount Vernon. Safe to say I will not use the service again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was moved to this location which was substantially further away than my requested pick up site. Apparently no other near location had an available auto transport trailer. These folks got me set and ready to go even though it wasn't their first line of business. At least I was able to get the auto transport that day.
