Staff were awesome. The only issue was that the Van smelled like cigarettes. But it’s not the facility fault. Don’t know how to solve that.
Anthony CI did not like leaving the facility without a receipt I did receive an email a few hours later, but anything could have happened to the truck and I could have been held liable. Also I had to request that they verify the mileage and gas while I was there.

Teresa DWorst experience ever. U-Haul provided me a truck with a broken window- only held by tape. The window was moving back and forth while on the highway. I would’ve been in big trouble if I was driving by myself. It doesn’t seem like they do any type of safety inspections on their trucks. They also gave me a truck with less than a quarter tank- border line to empty. Worst experience. I would not use this location.
