I booked online for 9am and my reservation was moved to 10am without notifying me. The vehicle that the staff prepped for us (cleaned and put gas) was not rentable in the computer system for some reason. So we were given a van with less than half a tank of gas. The staff themselves were friendly and knowledgeable. Staff and location are the only reason we would use Uhaul again.
Kalei HI had reservations at Ukee St. When we got there, there were several cats feeding right in front of the door and lots of feces in the parking lot. I was told my reservation was changed to Waikele. I checked my app and it was changed, but it didn't notify me that there was a change, so I didn't notice the change of address, however, Waikele's customer service was great!
Brian YBox truck was kind of run down. I didn’t get to check it before driving off. The passenger wiper was falling apart and it’s been raining at my location. The Air conditions was not cool at all and could not make it cold.
