The truck had a defective door that required me to slam it multiple times before it closed. This was a safety issue that should have had the truck out of service or a least it should have been mentioned by the rental agent when the truck was picked up.In addition the per mile charge was exorbitant based on what is normally charged in this area. Paying $180 dollars for a 6 hr U-Haul rental is ridiculous. I definitely wouldn’t rent from this location again.
